Please note that we cannot treat you if you:

• Are pregnant or lactating.
• Are wearing or have applied fake tan recently.
• Are using or have used Roaccutane (or any generic thereof) in the past 6-months.
• If you have been on anti-biotics, cortisone or any other photosensitizing medication, please ensure you have completed your course 2-weeks before your appointment.
• Are using or have very recently started using the tanning product, Melanotan or similar injectable products. 
• You have not shaved for Laser Hair reduction. 

Treatment for minors under 18-years must be signed off by a legal parent or
guardian, and said legal parent or guardian must be present during the full duration of the treatment.

Cancellation less than 48-hours or no show will result in the full treatment price
due.

Should you run later than 10-min for your appointment, the appointment may
need to be shortened with the full treatment cost still due, or rescheduled with a
50% treatment deposit to secure your appointment.

Procedures are billed separately and payable per scheduled appointment.

All treatments are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please
contact us as soon as possible.

Gift cards are valid for 3-years from date of issue or unless otherwise specified.
They are exclusively for treatments, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority. Please
note that pets, unless service dogs, are not allowed in the clinic.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
